Imagine four 9-hole courses plowed out on Lake Minnetonka, Wayzata Bay, with over 2,000 golfers with their hockey sticks and golf clubs hitting and putting tennis balls while enjoying free food, giveaways, prizes and costumes! Yep, that's the one and only Wayzata Chilly Open; the largest, most well-known and unusual golf tournament held on a frozen lake. The Chilly Open celebrates its 41st year of golf, food, festivities and fun out on frozen Lake Minnetonka. And that's not all! Don't miss out on the Chili Cook-off, Snowga (Yoga) Class, Snowkiting, the 19th Hole Tent, and so much more!
This year's theme is Live from Wayzata... It's the Chilly Open! We’re bringing the iconic energy of Saturday Night Live to Lake Minnetonka. Expect legendary costumes, memorable characters, and a whole lot of laughs on the frozen fairways. Don’t miss out!
